Leadership isn’t just a title. It’s influence. It’s about how you inspire, communicate, and guide those around you toward growth and success.
I’m Tayo Koleade, and I help professionals and emerging leaders build the confidence and clarity they need to lead with impact, at work, in their communities, and in life.
That journey has been shaped by:

Why LeadLight Leaders exists:
Too many talented professionals stay stuck, not for lack of ability, but for lack of clarity, confidence, or a clear next step. LeadLight Leaders exists to close that gap.
My mission is simple: illuminate the path, equip you with tools that actually work, and walk with you as you turn potential into lasting impact.
When you work with me, you’re not just learning leadership. You’re stepping into a legacy of influence, one that shapes your team, your organization, and the people who come after you.
I failed. And honestly? That failure was the best thing that ever happened to me.
I failed in engineering school. I had the drive, I showed up, I put in the work. But something was always off. I wasn’t struggling because I wasn’t smart enough. I was struggling because I was operating outside of my strength zone. And there is a big difference.
That season taught me something I now build my entire work around: when you’re not operating in your strengths, you’re working twice as hard for half the results. The moment I stopped trying to fit a mold that wasn’t made for me, everything shifted.
Today I work as a Change Management Consultant, and I bring that same clarity to the leaders and professionals I coach. I help people stop grinding in the wrong direction and start leading from what actually makes them powerful.
I hold an MBA, and I’m a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. But more than the credentials, I’m someone who has lived the pivot and come out knowing exactly who I am.
That’s the work we do together.
“You haven’t even scratched the surface of what you’re capable of. The best is yet to come.”
